DOT Physicals $85
Effective May 21, 2014, interstate commercial vehicle (CMV) drivers can no longer get a valid medical certificate from just any healthcare provider. Instead, CMV driver examinations can only be completed by Certified Medical Examiners (MEs) listed on FMCSA’s National Registry. OUR doctors are medical examiners who have been certified as having the knowledge to determine if a driver can safely handle the medical demands of driving a CMV.
DOT Urine Drug Screening $125
As a qualified as a collector, you must be knowledgeable about Part 40 regulations, the current “DOT Urine Specimen Collection Procedures Guidelines. You must also (1) successfully complete a qualification training program and (2) pass a monitored proficiency demonstration, as required by DOT regulations. OUR doctors are DATIA Certified Professional Collectors per DOT regulations.

Hair testing for drugs of abuse is the only drug testing method available that provides up to a 90-day drug use history. When compared with urine testing, hair testing provides nearly twice the number of positives due to its longer detection window.

DOT Breath Alcohol Test $45
The alcohol tests must be performed by a Breath Alcohol technician (BAT) who is “trained to proficiency” in the operation of the EBT that he/she is using and in the alcohol testing procedures specified in the regulations. The BAT must successfully complete a DOT-approved course of instruction that provides training in the principles of EBT methodology, operation, and calibration checks.
